RETURN POLICY
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is 14 days.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: ALL SALE items, discounted items (including items purchased with a discount/promo code), jewelry, lingerie, home & beauty products, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."
Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.
Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receiving return label.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alteations, misuse or damage. Please contact us if you have any questions: shop@mbflagship.com

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
Returns take up to 2-3 days for processing.
